I am actively seeking a driven Part Two Architectural Assistant to join a creative Architectural practice in the heart of Birmingham. Their talented team work across various projects from high end residential to commercial to listed buildings offering plenty of exciting projects for a talented Part two Architectural Assistant to gain experience on. The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will ideally have a couple years of experience, with a proven record of working in the residential sector and strong Revit abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

RIBA Part One and Part Two qualifications
Ideally a couple of years of experience within a UK Architectural Practice
Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD and other industry standard software
Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
Proven experience working in the residential sector
Be a supportive team player and work well independently
Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
Proactive and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
