Responsibilities

The Multi Skilled Engineer must Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, policies, and standards for plant operations and personnel (including external contractors). Proactively identify and address any actions required to maintain a healthy, safe, and accident-free environment.
The Multi Skilled Engineer must Drive continuous improvement in asset reliability, focusing on reducing operational losses.
Achieve individual objectives and contribute to team targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
The Multi Skilled Engineer must Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels across teams and departments.

Experience Required

The Multi Skilled Engineer must have the Ability to work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern.
Possession of an engineering qualification, such as an Apprenticeship, HNC, BTEC, or equivalent.
The Multi Skilled Engineer must have the Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of Health & Safety legislation, such as PUWER and IOSH, with the ability to ensure a safe working environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to anticipate issues, address them proactively, and swiftly identify root causes to implement appropriate solutions.
