Person Specification:

Essential:

* You will be someone who has an in-depth knowledge of the clinical trial market and digital solutions to deliver clinical trials and who has strong, evident knowledge of sales and lead management methodologies within a technical workplace.

* With demonstrable experience in leading and influencing Proposals, Presentations and Tenders, you will be confident with demonstrating technology and solution selling . You should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal with proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts.

* You will be proactive, motivational, tenacious, committed and hungry to succeed, yet able to collaborate and work as part of a team.

* Able to develop strong internal relationships and to work collaboratively to pull together client engagements and delivery of projects, you will be confident and adept at managing a demanding and diverse workload in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy at all times.

* Your natural flair will enable you to develop a network of senior clients(Director and decision maker Level) across an organisation, whilst remaining a consummate sales professional who can build rapport immediately and continue to nurture relationships thereafter.

* You will act as the External Ambassador for and the Values we stand for

Responsibilities:

* Are you someone who has demonstrable experience working in the Life Science, Pharmaceutical industry with proven successful sales expertise?

* Are you a natural hunter who has the ability to identify new opportunities from scratch and be motivated by the chase and successful completion of new business opportunities? Can you build awareness of, and maintain up-to-date insights regarding market trends and the competitor landscape to provide tactical sales recommendations and feedback information on new opportunities, competitor activity, and market intelligence to internal stakeholders

* Can you manage your own pipeline development and work with wider NWEH teams to support client opportunities, whilst exceeding all pipeline objective and revenue targets set?

* Do you have the natural ability to develop and close, with support from management and sales specialists/consultant colleagues, opportunities to provide solutions that address client needs?

* You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of the breadth of products and services to maximise ability to identify and sell solutions to the client base.

* Having a sound working knowledge of the software and tech NWEH has to offer to allow for demonstrations and presentations will be a key element to success.

* Are you a collaborator who can work with relevant teams to plan and prepare all sales-related documentation including proposals and presentations
