We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and brings a blend of technical expertise, organisational skills, and collaborative energy.

* Proven project management experience within life sciences, ideally in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), pharmaceuticals, or clinical trials.

* Familiarity with IVDR processes and regulations in the UK and Europe.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong presentation skills.

* Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.

* Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2) are desirable

What you’ll be doing

* Managing the logistics of resources, staff, and materials for lab projects.

* Aligning IVDR and ISO compliance processes in collaboration with regulatory and quality teams.

* Developing comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project.

* Organising and leading regular project meetings to track milestones, resources, and budgets.

* Presenting updates, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions to senior leadership.

* Ensuring operational readiness to enable seamless project transitions.
