Job Description
Opus are supporting a Microsoft transformation partner who are enhancing the public sectors technology landscape by harnessing the Power Platform, steering clients through enterprise digi transformations. This is senior opportunity that combines strategic planning, high and low-level solution design, and direct client engagement to align technology with business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Solution Design & Delivery: Drive and refine solution design processes, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Architect and oversee the development of complex Power Platform solutions, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes.
Client Engagement & Consulting: Conduct and lead customer workshops and consulting engagements, effectively capturing and translating complex client needs into actionable solutions.
Pre-Sales & Business Development: Lead and innovate in pre-sales engagements, collaborating closely with the sales team to scope, design, and present compelling project opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development: Cultivate and expand personal expertise in Power Platform and related technologies. Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of the team's collective knowledge.
Thought Leadership & Innovation: Define and evolve best practices within the team, contributing to the development of intellectual property that differentiates the firm.
Client Relationship Management: Regularly engage with clients on-site for workshops, collaboration, and relationship building, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
Knowledge Sharing & Communication: Deliver presentations, "Lunch & Learns," and webinars, showcasing advanced knowledge and solutions to both colleagues and clients, reinforcing the role's thought leadership.What they’re looking for from you?
Power Platform Proficiency: In-depth experience across the entire Power Platform suite, with expert-level knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Integration & API Expertise: Proficient in web request technologies, with a strong understanding of RESTful, OData, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
Development & Customization: Expertise in developing custom code components, including PCF Components and SharePoint Framework Web Parts, demonstrating advanced capabilities in customizing Power Platform solutions.
Data & Infrastructure: Strong background in database design and architecture. Comprehensive experience with Microsoft 365 integration with the Power Platform.
Version Control & DevOps: Advanced use of Git-based repositories for version control. Expertise in Azure DevOps and familiarity with agile project management tools such as GitHub and Jira.Certifications:
Possession of high-level Microsoft certifications, reflecting deep expertise in the Power Platform ecosystem and beyond.What’s in it for you ?
