Finance Operations Manager in Guildford - CV-Library

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a fast-growth international business, based in Guildford, in their search for a Finance Operations Manager on a 6 month contract.

Salary - £70-80k p/a
Hybrid working - twice a week in Guildford

Key Responsibilities include:

Design and implement robust financial systems and controls.
Manage workflows and integrate financial reporting 
Streamline invoicing and expense management
Support hiring and onboarding processes for future finance team members.
Managing a team of two across payments and treasury

Key Skills/Experience include:

Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA, ACMA/CIMA
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Experience with rebuilding processes and controls
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
