Job Description

Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner

Location: Southeast – Remote/Hybrid

Salary: Up to £48,000

We've partnered with an industry leading company, specialising in provided top tier products that make people's lives better. They are seeking a dynamic and strategic their next Regional HR Business Partner to join them on this important journey. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the regional leadership team; working to align business objectives with HR strategies, support on all elements of the employee lifecycle and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive performance.
Talent Management: Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention; identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.
Performance Management: Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations; review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change, providing

Qualifications:

At least 3 years experience within in a business partner/manager level role
Must have experience within in a regional or multi-site environment
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relationships and HR Strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and driving organisational change.
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
