Job Description
HR Systems Assistant needed in Manchester starting 14th January for 3 months. This role is hybrid and pays £15.50 per hour.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Monthly benefits administration and managing the day to day relationship with our providers
Manage the administration of our flexible benefits platform
Manage the administration of our employee discounts and instant awards platform
Monthly auto-enrolment pension assessments and payments
The opportunity to contribute to our My Wellbeing initiatives and run annual events such as our Walking Challenge
Give clear, concise and timely advice in response to day-to-day reward queries and act as first point of contact with line managers, the HR team and employees
Manage the Benefits mailbox, working closely with the HR Admin team to co-ordinate responses
Manage the systems mailbox, working closely with the wider HR team to co-ordinate responses
Run our daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports from our HR System (ResourceLink) as required by the business and HR team
Manage the annual leave entitlements for employees
ABOUT YOU
Experience in Reward or HR Systems is desirable
Experience of Zellis ResourceLink HR database would be particularly advantageous
An analytical and focused approach to your workload with the ability to work with large sets of data
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Experience in mail merges and detailed spreadsheet work is necessary
Proven ability in an administrative role/s and a desire to take the next step
A proactive, customer-focused approach with an enthusiasm to learn
Accountability for your workload
Excellent time management skills are required; the ability to schedule and prioritise your work using your time effectively, setting and meeting realistic deadlines in accordance with SLAs and KPIs
Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality at all times
Good communication skills are an essential part of this role. The ability to communicate clearly and in a professional manner, both verbally (face-to-face or on the telephone) and in writing is essential. You also need to demonstrate you understand the impact and effectiveness of all communication methods and use each method appropriately
Ability to work as a team is essential. You will need to demonstrate an ability to share knowledge/advice with colleagues and offer assistance to others where appropriate. You will be expected to treat others within the team with courtesy and respect and work with others to solve problems, using the advice and ideas of others collaboratively
Attention to detail and an ability to place work into the bigger context of HR best practice and the business is essential
