An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new team for a brand-new children’s home!

Golden Future Care is opening a completely refurbished two bedded home in Bolton for young people with SEBD needs aged 8-17 years using a Secure Base corporate parenting model.
We are looking for three Residential Care Workers who are committed to providing the best possible care and to constantly developing their own practice.
Once the home is operational, shift patterns will follow a one-day on, two-days off pattern, with each shift consisting of 16 hours with a sleep-in.
The hourly rate will be £13.50 per hour, with enhanced pay for Bank Holidays, significant days over the Christmas period and any overtime hours worked. Sleep-ins are paid at £60 per night.
To ensure that staff are fully supported in their training and development, bank hours are currently available for the completion of remote and face-to-face training. This allows you the flexibility of training for your role with us whilst continuing in your current role and ensures that you are trained and ready to care for our young people once the Ofsted registration is complete. If you are not NVQ
qualified, we will also enrol you onto a relevant course during this time and you will receive active support from the manager to complete this.
Ideal candidates will have experience working with young people. Driving is essential to this role, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
