What we're looking for.

In short, we need people to join us as Recruitment Consultants. both Trainee and Senior.

Coming in as a Recruitment Consultant, a background in sales is certainly ideal, but not essential. We appreciate that everybody needs to start somewhere.
What is essential, however, is knowledge of the Engineering and Manufacturing space. We need someone to hit the ground running when it comes to technical conversations.

A Typical Day as a Recruitment Consultant.

A typical day will see you building up your network of the best talent within your market, both passive and active. You'll be constantly market mapping, generating leads and generally immersing yourself within the sector. You'll then use that knowledge to help win and develop new clients, both over the phone and face to face; really owning your own desk and building your recruitment empire from the ground up.

You'll be consistently sourcing the best talent around to showcase to your clients. You'll do this through proactive, creative and innovative methods. It's important to think creatively - there's always heavy competition when it comes to great talent. You'll also be supported by a team of Talent Consultants to help.

Training.

Naturally, you'll also be involved in a variety of different training opportunities, both in-house and external. We're here to support you in becoming the best Recruitment Consultant that you can be.
