Lead Applications Analyst

IT Applications Manager or Applications Specialist

Individual Contributor role, reporting into the Global IT Manager, responsible for supporting & managing core Applications within a High - Tech Manufacturing Organisation. As part of the Global Applications team, you will focus on applications that support the Ireland Manufacturing Division.

Your role will combine a mixture of managing 3rd party Enterprise Applications, developing solutions in Power Apps & Power BI and providing Applications Support & Implementation management across application projects.

As an Analyst, you will be engaging with key business stakeholders, understanding their requirements and developing Application specific & Data Analytics solutions. You will get involved in all aspects of 3rd party applications analysis & support including aspects of project management, software applications development & internal consulting to the business.

Essential skills & expertise:

Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering
4+ Yrs exp supporting or managing enterprise applications
PowerBI / PowerApps expertise
Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint solutions (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Nintex, InfoPath)
IT Applications and related infrastructure & hands-on programming/coding experience
Application Vendor Management experience
Systems Analysis, Requirements Gathering and solution delivery skills
Excellent Communication skills
Self-starter

Experience of working with Manufacturing applications and/or Data Analytics is desirable

Location: Dublin North. Hybrid or on-site

Salary: €60-70K + excellent benefits
