If so, Moxie People are proud to partner with an inspiring Mental Health service in South Wales to recruit a Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach to join their close-knit team in Blaenau Gwent.

This is your opportunity to take the lead in shaping life-changing services for individuals transitioning to independent living.

The Important Bits:

Salary: £34,586.21
Location: Blaenau Gwent
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm + on-call responsibilities)
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Monday 6th January
Interviews: Friday 17th January 2025

As a Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, you'll:

Support and guide a compassionate team, helping residents achieve their full potential.
Build strong, trusting relationships with residents as they transition from secure settings to independent living in the community.
Use evidence-based techniques, including Structured Clinical Management (SCM), to provide high-quality, psychologically informed care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and local organisations to create tailored support plans.
Play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and driving service improvements.

Who we're looking for:

A resilient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent leader who's ready to inspire others.
Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs and interpersonal challenges.
A strong understanding of psychologically informed environments (PIE) and restorative approaches.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
A full driving licence and flexibility to work shifts, including on-call duties.
