Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Location: Birmingham - Covering East & West Midlands & surrounding areas (with some UK travel)

As their business grows, they are looking for two dedicated Senior Service Engineers to join their enthusiastic and supportive team during this exciting phase of expansion.

About The Role:

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation. You will work predominantly on chillers, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and commissioning their range of cooling equipment. You will be the key point of contact between the company and their customers, ensuring clear communication and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform PPM and service work to a high standard.

* Diagnose and repair a wide range of process cooling equipment, primarily chillers.

* Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.

* Maintain strong communication with both customers and the internal team.

* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cooling industry.

* F-Gas certification (mandatory).

* Proven expertise in working with chillers.

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* Full UK Driving licence.
