The company have a structured 1st, 2nd and 3rd line team and are looking for strong 2nd line engineers looking for a new opportunity where they can progress their careers.
As an IT Support Engineer your role will be fundamental in supporting customers with queries related to internal support of head office and partner company's IT systems and services. The company have continued to grow and are looking to expand their team as they take on more new business. This company offers a friendly collaborative environment, progression opportunities, structured training.
Requirements:
Prior experience in an IT Support or Service Desk Support in a Microsoft environment
Knowledge and experience supporting O365 Active Directory and Windows Server
Commercial experience of supporting Networking and Server support requests
A customer service-oriented attitude - ideally will have solved external customer support requests
A passion for solving complex problems and the ability to learn new skills quickly
Strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team environmentDesirable:
