Electrical Supervisor – Sweden – Data Centres
Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organization, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Sandviken, Sweden.
Responsibilities
* Supervision of Electrical Installations: Oversee and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and backup systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
* Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing direction and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality work practices are followed throughout the project.
* Safety & Compliance Management: Ensure all electrical works are conducted in accordance with safety regulations, codes, and standards, conducting regular safety audits and addressing any hazards immediately.
* Quality Control & Inspections: Perform regular inspections of electrical installations to verify quality, adherence to specifications, and completion according to schedule, resolving any issues or deficiencies promptly.
* Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders on electrical work progress, delays, and potential risks, ensuring smooth communication across the team and with external contractors.
Requirements
* Relevant Electrical Qualification essential eg. B. Eng Degree, City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC or NVQ
* Previous experience in a similar role, within a Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment is desirable
* Data Centre experience is advantageous
Benefits
Up to €85,000 + Full rotational Package
