Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £46,434.55 - £51,078.01 (depending on experience and skills)

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of leading and inspiring you’re a newly established clinical team. Your leadership skills will ensure our clinical priorities align with our ambitious goals, focusing on safety, exceptional client experiences, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will be able to travel across the West Midlands region, playing a key role in the seamless coordination of our services.

You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving your clinical teams to deliver outstanding client experiences. By setting the highest standards in clinical practice and care, you'll be the gold standard of excellence. Your collaborative spirit will build strong partnerships with Operational and Clinical departments, essential for our success.

You will be able to demonstrate management and leadership experience in a clinical environment, inspire and motivate a clinical team to provide exceptional client care, and possess a valid Nursing and Midwifery PIN.

In the initial 6 - 12 months of the role, you will support with the set up of new sites across the Region which will include:

Supporting the RGM with the strategic planning and execution of new site setups within the region

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations, technology, and personnel

Recruitment, induction, and training of a full service delivery team

The job description for this role is the 'BAU' following initial site and service mobilisation and travel across the Region and to other Regions will be expected.
