Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute innovative procurement strategies that align with company objectives and enhance purchasing quality

* Oversee the full procurement cycle, securing the best contracts and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality

* Be the key point of contact for suppliers, ensuring high performance and nurturing long-term, effective relationships

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, inspiring others to achieve shared goals and driving collective success

What They’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role

* In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management

* Exceptional negotiation skills to securing advantageous deals

* Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels

* Strong analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions

* Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating a high-performing team
