We are currently looking for an Organisational Change Programme Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management and implementation of change programmes and projects efficiently within the organisation.
This role is a permanent role with a salary of £65,500
The postholder will play a crucial role in leading the programme management team, delivering organisational change which includes corporate goals and change initiatives, ensuring cross-organisational alignment and tangible business improvements.
Criteria for the role:
A programme management qualification
Demonstrable 3 years’ experience of leading a successful service.
Experienced professional with extensive knowledge and understanding of the theory and principles of Programme and Project management.
About the role:
Some of the duties of the Organisational Change Programme Manager include:
Leading the Programme Management team to ensure effective scoping and planning of projects, working with the transformation team as well as project sponsors in the identification of key benefits and expected benefits.
Deliver robust communication over the breadth of the programme with key stakeholders, including the Executive team and employees, to ensure buy in and support for change.
Managing risks associated with change programmes and projects, developing mitigations, escalating where necessary.
Providing programme management expertise and advice within defined guidelines, processes and procedures to the wider organisation.
