Senior Quantity Surveyor | £negotiable | Outside IR35 | Dublin Airport (hybrid)

Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to support one of the rail industry’s most exciting consultancies as they embark on their new venture in Ireland as part of a new multi-billion-pound upgrade to the country's transportation network. The initial contract will be 3-6 months with a likely extension.

Rate: The day rate is negotiable based on experience and is outside IR35

Location: Contractor site office in Dublin Airport with hybrid working

To be considered for the role:

Essential: Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
Essential: UK aviation/airport project experience
Essential: NEC contract experience
Essential: Relevant quantity surveying qualification (chartership ideal)
Desirable: UK rail project experience would also be beneficial
