About the Role:
We are partnered with an International Bank who are looking for a Senior Pricing Partner to join their Reading team. They are looking for someone capable of leading pricing strategies across their products and services, driving profitability and competitiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, shaping pricing frameworks that align with business goals and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise revenue and market share.
Conduct market analysis to assess competitor pricing, customer trends, and economic conditions.
Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to align pricing with business objectives.
Monitor and analyse pricing performance to ensure profitability and recommend adjustments.
Provide insights and reporting on pricing impacts, trends, and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to pricing strategies.Qualifications:

Proven experience in pricing, finance, or strategy, ideally in banking or financial services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and financial modelling.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
