Business Administrator. £24k - £25,500 D.O.E. 36.25 HR working week – Monday to Friday with some Weekend work (once a month) - Free Parking, Generous Staff Discounts – Staff Events - Pension and 28 days’ holidays - On-going Training and Support - Immediate Start
An exciting opportunity has arisen in this newly created role for an experienced Sales Administrator, to give full support to the Online Sales for the business. The role will entail:
· 1st point of contact to all Customer Online Enquiries
· Deal with all queries, complaints and returns to ensure a great Customer Service experience
· Processing all orders in a timely manner
· Order Fulfilment Administration
· Full training and support given on the CRM system
You will have:

· I.T Skills with Microsoft Office to an Intermediate Level
