Location: Porton Down

Salary: £25,095 per annum + OT

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

Role Overview:

To ensure delivery of client goods receiving, stock holding and stock issues are delivered in accordance with client and EMCOR UK SOPs and work instructions. Regular monitoring and audit of services will be part of the job role, including data collection and analysis as part of scheduled monthly reporting to key stakeholders. This job role will be required to use an electronic procurement and inventory control system alongside Smartsheet and Excel. The ability to work methodically and with a high level of accuracy is essential to ensure effective control of goods received and stock managed.

Person Specification

Who you'll be:

* Previous stores/warehouse experience with a strong focus on computer based systems and spreadsheets

* Experience of manual handling type roles

* Strong communication skills with the ability to compile monthly electronic reports using data analysed from inventory and stock control systems

* Full driving licence essential (confident to drive a Luton type of vehicle)

* Forklift truck licence desirable, but training would be available

* Previous experience in a front facing customer service sector

* Sound administrative experience with a focus on problem solving and accuracy.

* Well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads

* Team player

* Well-groomed/presentable
