What Will Be Your Day to Day Responsibilities?
Are you organised, good with numbers, and enjoy helping others? We're looking for a Contract Support Officer to join our team and support project and contract management across England.
What you'll do:
Help manage contracts by uploading documents, raising purchase orders, processing payments, and resolving issues to make sure suppliers are paid on time.
Work closely with Project Managers and Commercial Service Managers to keep things running smoothly.
Develop your understanding of contracts and financial processes while contributing to the success of the team.What we're looking for:
GCSEs in English and Maths.
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and some administrative experience.
A knack for working with numbers, spotting and solving problems, and keeping things accurate.
A team player with a positive attitude who enjoys helping colleagues and takes pride in delivering great results.What we offer:
