Description
Offering administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
Coordinating appointments and managing an active calendar of meetings
Planning and coordinating events and conferences
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handling requests and queries appropriately
Maintaining office systems and databases efficiently
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clientsProfile
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
Excellent MS Office skills
Strong organisational and planning abilities
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issuesJob Offer
Yearly salary of up to £35,000
