We’re searching for a driven and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will specialise in recruiting Accountancy and Finance professionals across the whole of Yorkshire and will be based from our Leeds City Centre office. The ideal candidate will have +2 years recruitment experience or will have a strong background in accountancy/finance with a passion for people. If this sounds like you we want to hear from you!
The Role
As a Specialist Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Build and manage relationships with clients in the finance industry, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Source, screen and place candidates in roles spanning from Finance Administrators to Payroll Specialists to Head of Internal Audit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Use sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, utilising job boards, social media and networking events.
Work to revenue targets, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery to clients and candidates.
Stay up to date on industry trends to provide clients with market insights and a honest consultative approach.
What experience are we looking for?
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Recruitment experience, ideally within accountancy or finance or alternatively, previous recruitment experience coupled with a strong desire to transition into a new market.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
An understanding of SME businesses around Yorkshire that have a need for accountancy or finance staff.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A full UK drivers license (travel to client sites will be required).

Competitive base salary of between £28,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience).
100% uncapped commission so your income is only limited by your ambition.
Over-performance bonus up to £10k per year.
