Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Netball Coach to join a large Secondary School in the Swindon area to support with Girls PE. This fantastic opportunity is starting in January up until the end of the academic year! This full time role is an additional requirement to cover sickness of a Girls PE Teacher will be expected to be taken on all Girls PE duties. The role includes alot of netball fixtures which is why it would be beneficial to have someone with a netball background. This secondary school is looking for someone who is happy to teach Girls PE (including netball) across KS3 & KS4. If you havent worked in a school before this is not an issue for the right person! Training will be provided, as will ongoing support from the PE department. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The position is 5 days per week but they will consider someone part time. Standard hours are (phone number removed)pm. Rate of pay will start from £120 per day and upwards (PAYE) depending on your experience.
This new build secondary school in Swindon is a large mainstream secondary school with excellent sports facilities and large outdoor space. There is a lovely canteen onsite, is easy to access from temple meads station, has plenty of on site parking and is also on a good bus route!
To join us and be successful in this role as a PE Teacher/Netball Coach in Swindon, you will need to have:
* Have Netball Coaching experience or have experience teaching female dominated sports to young people / Sports coach qualifications
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks (which we will do on your behalf)
* CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
