Multi Skilled Joiner in Skelmersdale - CV-Library

My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees. They are currently recruiting for a qualified Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Skelmersdale.

The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.

They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Joiners to join them on a permanent basis.
Type of work will largely be reactive maintenance to tenanted properties, with some planned and void work also.
It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes. You must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in an appropriate trade. You must also have a CSCS Card, Basic DBS, Driving Licence, asbestos awareness UKATA. Please note you will also be expected to cover call out.
