Service Coordinator, Full-Time, Permanent, Poole, £30k
As Service Coordinator, you will be working within a fast paced business providing excellent support arranging inspections and repairs with engineers.
Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Manage incoming calls professionally, liaise with engineers, diary management
Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, liaising to coordinate orders, deliveries, and address any inquiries or issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance workflow and professionalism
As an Service Coordinator you will have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work to ensure high-quality output
