Service Account Manager
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break).

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Account Manager to join their busy Service Team. In this role, you will manage service accounts, maintain strong client relationships, schedule engineers' diaries, and ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service accounts directly, maintaining strong client relationships.
* Ensure service levels are met promptly and efficiently.
* Schedule Field Engineers' diaries, balancing customer needs and efficient use of time.
* Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and company KPIs.
* Update customer portals with job information, quotations, and invoices.
* Generate and follow up on quotations within agreed timescales.
* Escalate complex issues to the Technical Service Manager or Senior Service Account Manager.
* Complete accurate invoicing aligned with service agreements.
* Create new customer accounts in the system.
* Maintain professional and courteous relationships with customers and suppliers.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in Account Management or as a Service Advisor.
* Strong communication skills (in person, over the phone, and via email).
* Diary management and workload prioritisation.
* Competent computing skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM)
* Experience in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
* Telephone-based customer service expertise.
* Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to meet company KPIs and manage tasks within deadlines.
