Appointments Administrator

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme

Temporary role: 3 months

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Rate of pay: £14.00ph

Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking an Appointments Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As an Appointments Administrator, you will play a crucial role within the appointments booking team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with booking appointments, rescheduling and telephoning patients to confirm their appointments
Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when updating personal information
Provide excellent customer service to patients and external stakeholders
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient appointment systemQualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fantastic attention to detail and data entry skills
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

A standard DBS check is required for this role and 12 months worth of references.
