Air Conditioning Supervisor in Hemel Hempstead - CV-Library

Our client who are an established M&E Contractor based in Hertfordshire with a rapidly expanding their HVAC department. They are looking to bring an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor with 6 years knowledge to join the team. The ideal Supervisor will be based in North London. The Air Conditioning Supervisor wil be working on the tools while supporting office/field based working the service manager, junior engineers and apprenctices focusing on team development.

The Supervisor will be working across London and Hertfordshire carrying out Service and reactive work on split/Multi split, VRV/VRF, Air Handling Units. Reactive work will include a call out rota with additional standby payment.

Air Conditioning Supervisor Job Overview

The Air Conditioning Supervisor role is to deliver maintenance, repair and reactive services to a professional standard, supporting managers and engineers on technical escalation. As well support to fellow engineers they will be able to apply technical support, warranty, troubleshooting and consultancy to Clients when attending sites.

Air Conditioning Supervisor Job Requirements

Refrigerant handling qualification (C&G 2079)
Minimum six years' experience in the field
A time served apprenticeship or hold C&G Level 2 or equivalent

Air Conditioning Supervisor Salary & Benefits

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum, based upon experience
Overtime is regularly made available, enabling you to potentially earn between £10,000 and £25,000 in extra income per year
8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
1-8 call out rota plus additional standby payment
23 days holiday plus bank
