Job Overview:

Hunter Mental Health is seeking a Band 7 CBT Therapist to join a specialist Psychology Service within a Primary Care Hospital setting in Wales. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of 3 days remote work and 2 days in-service. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and have experience in treating complex cases, we want to hear from you!

Key Details:

Position: Band 7 CBT Therapist (High Intensity Primary Care Service)
Work Style: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in-service)
Caseload: 16-18 clients per week
Specialisation: Complex needs
Accreditation: BABCP Accreditation required, EMDR training highly desirable
Note-Keeping: Strong documentation skills essential
Experience: Experience with complex cases preferred
Pay Rate: £42 - £47 per hour (Umbrella rate)
Contract Type: Locum, Ongoing

What We Are Looking For:

BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist with experience in high-intensity therapy
EMDR training is highly desirable, but not essential
Experience with complex cases and strong note-keeping skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
