Are you ready to tackle some of the most complex challenges in AI and software engineering? In this position, you'll be working alongside a global research team dedicated to advancing AI-powered software solutions and making a significant impact on the industry. 

Working arrangements are flexible, with the rest of the team heading in to the office once or twice a week. Remote work isn't available, but some arrangements can be made on an ad hoc basis.

What You'll Do:

Conduct pioneering research in LLM-Augmented Software Engineering, with a focus on automation and software transformation

Drive the development of innovative solutions for software modernisation and AI system development

Collaborate with global R&D teams to create cutting-edge technologies for the generative AI era

Publish high-impact research in top conferences and journals

Explore future business opportunities by proposing novel research topics and strategies

Mentor interns and junior researchers to cultivate a learning-focused and innovative environment

What We’re Looking For:

Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field with strong research credentials

Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and more specifically LLM and RAG technologies

Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and development skills with Docker, Linux, GPUs, and cloud services

Experience in collaborative research projects with real-world impact
