Main Responsibilities

Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by supporting the maintenance team.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by collecting, analysing, and reporting on maintenance data.

Be a key player in proactive maintenance efforts by tracking preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring machines are properly maintained.

Help optimise our spare parts inventory by specifying and ordering parts, collaborating with suppliers.

Support area maintenance and the maintenance supervisor in a collaborative and efficient manner.

Demonstrate a commitment to safety and efficiency by adhering to 5S principles and maintaining a well-organised work environment.

The Ideal Candidate

A completed time-served apprenticeship in a relevant trade.

General computer literacy, including proficiency in company systems and applications.

Strong user knowledge of Excel and Access database applications.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.

A highly motivated and self-driven work ethic.

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A strong understanding of 5S and workplace organisation principles.
