A well renowned Neurological centre based in Gloucestershire is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their growing team.

Requirements:​​​​

* Occupational Therapy professional qualification

* UK HCPC Registration with no restrictions

* Specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models

* Knowledge of how to work with neurodiverse individuals

Main duties:

* Communicate effectively with a range of clinicians, managers, directors, carers/family members, stakeholders and agencies

* Provide compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff including support staff and assistants

* Make clinical decisions on the most appropriate form of therapy.

* Support the completion of appraisals/personal development plans with junior staff

* Demonstrate evidence highly effective clinical reasoning skills

* To be responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate policies, protocols and care pathways
