Job Description

Andy File Associates Limited are working on behalf of their client as a Recruitment Agency with regards this permanent vacancy.

We are recruiting on behalf of a long established general legal practice who have a vacancy in their Doncaster office for a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team.

Applications for this role will be considered from candidates of all levels of experience from 1 year PQE upwards and salary will be dependant on experience.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload including the following matters:

* Drafting and advising on a range of wills

* Probate

* Estate administration

* LPAs

* Court of Protection

* Trusts

Essential Experience

* Knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate administration, LPAs, Court of Protection and Trusts

* Excellent communication and client care skills

* Strong organisational skills

* Clear verbal and written communication skills

Ideally, the successful candidate will work from the firm's main office in the City centre and potentially at the firm's sub-office South of the City centre as and when required.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm

Benefits include:

22 days holiday plus bank holidays. A further day after 5 years service and again after 10 years service. Standard NEST pension.

Salary is dependant on experience and applications will be considered from candidates of all levels of experience from 1 year PQE onwards.
