Prepare and cook a la carte dishes to a high standard for a large and varied site
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and safety
Work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment, ensuring all orders are completed in a timely manner
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience
Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all timesRequirements:
NVQ level 2 Culinary or Equivelent and Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Proven experience as a chef, particularly in a la carte cooking
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong passion for creating high-quality dishes with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
