Residential Conveyancer (Remote)

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties. This remote role demands a professional who can handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
* Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.
* Ensure efficient processing and completion of files using advanced IT systems.
* Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Skills and experience required:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in residential conveyancing.
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
* Excellent IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Professional qualifications are beneficial however not essential.
