Role Summary

£24,400 to £25,400

Role Specific Responsibilities
Deputise for the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager in their absence
Carry out administrative duties such as managing the incoming office post, facilitate deliveries, creating Purchase Orders, arranging meetings, arranging collections and issuing equipment to staff.
To travel to TCH working hubs to assist with ongoing Facilities/H&S queries and tasks.
Proactively assist in the delivery of a comprehensive office support service including cleaning, supply of equipment, consumables and PPE, post management, building access and security, document archiving, waste management and recycling.
Work closely with suppliers, partners, colleagues, senior management and internal customers to resolve complex issues quickly and to a high standard.
Work with the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager to manage the facilities Help Desk system, adhering to published SLAs in the delivery of a support service.
To ensure offices are well maintained.
To assist in ensuring health and safety policies and procedures remain current and fit for purpose and to undertake accident and incident monitoring and reporting.
To assist in the upkeep of the Business Continuity Plan and associated training.
To assist with managing first aiders and fire wardens, ensuring first aid kits are kept fully stocked and compliant.
Education & Qualifications
GCSE level education including Maths and English - Essential
Qualification in facilities management or a related discipline - Desirable
Knowledge & Experience:
Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience - Essential
Office administration/manager experience - Desirable
Experience in a customer facing role - Desirable
