We are seeking a Building Physics Engineer to join a specialist team in Birmingham. You'll be using Integrated Environmental Solutions and focussing on building performance analysis to contribute to a range of commercial, industrial, manufacturing, logistic, retail and residential projects.

Requirements to be considered for this Building Physics Consultant role:

Experience using Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES VE) building simulation software.
Have demonstratable building physics experience.
A degree in building physics, environmental engineering or a similar relevant subject.
Knowledge of UK building regulations, energy codes and planning requirements.
(Ideally) IES Accreditation and/or OCDEA/LCC/LCEA qualifications.
Live in or committable to Birmingham.The key responsibilities of this Building Physics Engineer role include:

Carrying out building performance analysis in relation to sustainability, energy efficiency and thermal comfort.
Using IES VE software to assess environmental impacts and model building physics.
Contributing to business development and liaising with clients.
Contribute to development of sustainable design strategies./
Support teams to achieve building certifications and energy efficient targets.This Building Physics Consultant role offers:
