Hirexo is partnering with a fast-growing digital agency to recruit a Paid Media Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking eCommerce specialist agency at a pivotal moment in its journey. Having already secured an impressive client base, the agency is looking for a talented individual to take ownership of paid media strategies and drive growth for some of the biggest brands in fashion retail, beauty, and consumer goods.
 
Ideally, candidates will be based in the North West although he position is remote with a future view to hybrid working, offering the chance to shape innovative campaigns and contribute to the agency’s growth story.

The Paid Media Manager Opportunity

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll manage high-budget campaigns, oversee performance-driven strategies, and build strong client relationships. This is the ideal role for a Paid Media Manager with a passion for eCommerce and a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities of the Paid Media Manager

Strategise, implement, and develop innovative paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and emerging platforms.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage significant media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of spend.
Lead forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing goals.
Expand the platform mix, including TikTok and Snapchat.
Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of professional growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicating strategies and performance insights.
The Ideal Candidate for the Paid Media Manager Role

2-4 years of experience in paid media, with a focus on Search or Social (or a balanced mix).
Proven experience in managing budgets and delivering against performance targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of product feeds and their adaptation for Search and Social channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex strategies clearly.
A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and share knowledge.
Experience with eCommerce clients and stakeholder management is highly desirable.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications for the Paid Media Manager Role

TikTok and Snapchat campaign experience.
Familiarity with tools like Smartly and/or SA360.
Experience with app marketing and tag implementation/tracking.
Background in an agency environment or in-house with a multi-brand focus.
Exposure to fashion and beauty brands is a plus.

Competitive salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience).
