Job Description

Providing guidance to managers on implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures effectively.
Conducting health and safety surveys, including COSHH assessments and fire prevention evaluations, ensuring adherence to legislation.
Delivering health and safety inductions for new employees and maintaining accurate training records.
Performing workplace audits to identify risks, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Reporting trends, potential risks, and recommendations to senior management to support proactive safety measures.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in a HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Holder of NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
