Process and Target Operating Model Designer
Location: Open to all locations in the UK

Contract length: 6 months

Daily rate : Competitive (The role will be inside of IR35 scope)

Are you ready to shape the future of product innovation? We're looking for a Process and Target Operating Model Designer to optimise and transform operational frameworks for our Global Product Innovation function. This is a unique opportunity to drive customer-centric, efficient, and scalable processes that accelerate innovation and sustainability.

What You’ll Do

Design the Future: Develop and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) that aligns with our strategic goals, focusing on speed to market, sustainability, and exceptional customer experiences.
Optimise Processes: Map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state processes that enhance collaboration, streamline decision-making, and boost operational efficiency.
Bridge Gaps: Conduct gap analyses to align operations with business objectives, providing actionable recommendations to drive results.
Collaborate Globally: Work with cross-functional teams worldwide, facilitating workshops and aligning strategies with key stakeholders.
Deliver Impact: Ensure process designs deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and innovation outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven track record in process design and operating model development, ideally in product innovation, R&D, or supply chain environments.
Skills: Proficiency in tools like Visio or Lucidchart, excellent communication, and the ability to create clear and actionable process documentation.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or sustainability-driven design is a plus.
Qualifications: A degree in Business, Process Management, or a related field; project management certifications are desirable.
