Lettings/Property Manager
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based in Leeds, for an experienced Lettings/Property Manager on a full-time, permanent contract.
The successful applicant will be a leading property management company, specialising in residential lettings and HMO management, who values its staff and offers genuine progression and development opportunities.
We are looking for a local, self-motivated and experienced Lettings/Property Manager with HMO experience looking for a a new opportunity.
About the role:
* Manage a diverse property portfolio including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
* Ensure compliance with rental regulations and safety standards
* Develop and maintain procedures for efficient property management
* Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated admin team and support staff
* Oversee communications with tenants and landlords, fostering positive relationships
Hours & Pay:
* Salary up to £32,000 - dependent on experience
* Monday to Friday

About you:
* Experience in a Lettings Managerial role - essential
* HMO experience - essential
* Previous Lettings Negotiation experience - essential
* Own transport - essential
* Must be well-presented
* Ability to work under your own initiative
* Customer focused attitude
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multi-task
