Role Overview:
Our clients are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive finance and digital transformation projects within our Business Consulting department. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic consulting engagements, ensuring the alignment of technology, processes, and people to enable business transformation.

As a senior leader in the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-value outcomes on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of finance and digital transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Develop strategic solutions, contribute to business development efforts, and enhance service offerings.Required Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading finance and digital transformation projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification required; additional certifications in finance (e.g., CFA, ACCA) or technology (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are highly desirable.
Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital technologies, ERP systems, data analytics, process automation, and change management.Key Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to manage C-suite stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering actionable solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
