Job Description

Adecco are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for one of our Educational clients in Bolton.

This is a temporary role, with a potential view of securing a permanent position.

Duties:

Key holding/security checks
Compliance
To be responsible of fire safety/evacuations
To be responsible of legionnaire tests
Paperwork
General maintenance duties
Cleaning duties

Skills/Knowledge:

Must have Site Management experience within an educational environment
Must be compliance trained
Must be COSHH trained

Additional Duties

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: You must be available for 6am-2pm AND 10am-6pm shifts, as this will rotate each school term

Hourly Rate: £14.50ph
