Role Overview:

As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in improving online visibility and driving targeted traffic to the company website. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing both organic search strategies and paid advertising campaigns. Working collaboratively with the marketing team, you will ensure that digital efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize ROI.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for growth in organic and paid search.
Perform technical SEO audits, resolving issues to improve website performance and user experience.
Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, optimized content.
Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO and PPC campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest SEO and Google Ads trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
A solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimisation, and performance analysis.
Analytical skills to interpret data, track progress, and recommend improvements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
A relevant qualification in digital marketing or a related field
