Job Title: Senior Business System Technician

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Cooper Lomaz has teamed up with a business just outside of Diss to find a motivated Senior Business System Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic full-time permanent role, offering the chance to work onsite with an experienced IT team.

About the Role:

As an Senior Business System Technician, you'll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues and providing exceptional customer service to your colleagues, relating to the company's ERP system. This role is suitable for someone who has experience with ERP systems or similar business systems.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all issues relating to the ERP system.
Demonstrate to colleagues how to access information on the ERP system.
Provide remote and deskside support to colleagues.
Deliver outstanding customer service to non-technically minded colleagues, listen to requests or issues, and respond within the agreed SLA time frames.
Support a wide range of customers, from colleagues in Engineering, Finance and HR.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
Background working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Previous experience with PowerBI. Epicor ERP and SSRS.

Due to the location, having access to a vehicle for daily commuting to the office is essential. The client is only considering candidate who are currently located within a 20mile radius of the office.
