Job Overview
On behalf of our well established client we are looking for detail-oriented Line Operators to join their production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure optimal performance.

* Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

* Conduct regular checks on equipment to identify any mechanical issues.

* Follow established procedures for product handling, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.

* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality control.

* Record production data accurately, including quantities produced and any discrepancies encountered.

Skills

* Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and HACCP principles.

* Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics.

* Experience in food production environments is highly desirable.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

* Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.

Our client operates Monday to Saturday 6am to 6pm, successful candidates will be expected to work 4 out of 6 days (48 hours) a week
