Job Title: Maintenance Assistant / Property Maintenance Operative

Location: Warneford Hospital Warneford Lane, Headington, Oxford OX3 7JX

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

Pay: £14.89 per hour

This is a temporary role.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Optimising the quality and condition of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust properties to ensure buildings are kept in a safe condition.

· Utilise knowledge and understanding of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and decorating to carry out routine planned and reactive maintenance work.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

* Experience in a similar role.

* Ability to multi-task across electrical, mechanical, carpentry, decorating and building disciplines.

* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
